DWIs A male, 17, received a summons Saturday for driving while intoxicated, a motor vehicle accident and no insurance.

Samuel Leming McGinty, 20, of 180 Cedar Ridge, Cape Girardeau, received a summons Sunday for driving while intoxicated, driving while suspended and being a minor in possession of alcohol.

Arrests Samuel Lee Harris, no age given, 437 New York St., St. Louis, was arrested Friday on a warrant.

Terrell Lamar Hunt, 21, of 401 S. Hanover, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Saturday on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance and delivery.

A male, 16, was referred to juvenile court Saturday for drug trafficking and possession of a controlled substance.

Benjamin Everett Bird, 50, of 1002 Sturdivant, and Steven Paul King, 20, of 1109 Giboney, Cape Girardeau, were arrested Sunday on suspicion of unlawful use of a weapon.

Summonses Craig Scott Chapman, 32, 743 Canterberry, Farmington, Mo., received a summons Saturday for possession of a controlled substance and paraphernalia.

Jesse Joseph Boyer, 23, 1460 S. Benton, Cape Girardeau, received a summons Saturday for a leash law violation.

A male, 17, received a summons Saturday for driving while revoked and no front license plate.

Fred Lee Harris, 51, 330 Estate Drive, Cape Girardeau, and Lisa Anne Snider, 50, 403 Fort St., Cape Girardeau, received summonses Sunday for possession of drug paraphernalia. Snider also received a summons for operating a motor vehicle with no insurance.

A female, 17, received a summons Sunday for possession of alcohol.

Justin Ellis King, 20, 8211 Highway 74, Dutchtown, received a summons Sunday for a leash law violation.

Steven Dale Nelson, no age given, 1327 West End Blvd., Cape Girardeau, received a summons Sunday for stealing.

Assaults Domestic assault was reported Friday at 535 Boxwood.

Domestic assault was reported Saturday at 1615 William.

Assault on a law enforcement officer, resisting arrest and possession of a controlled substance was reported Saturday at 724 Broadway.

Thefts

A CB radio was reported stolen and a vehicle window broken Saturday at 1301 Giboney.

CDs and cash were reported stolen Saturday at 1022 Broadway.

A CD player and phone were reported stolen and a vehicle window damaged Saturday at 1015 Ranney.

A barbecue grill was reported stolen Saturday at 19 S. Ellis.

A purse and cash were reported stolen Saturday at 829 S. Kingshighway.

Winks reported gasoline stolen Saturday at 1803 Independence.

Wal-Mart reported fraudulent use of a credit device Saturday at 3439 William.

Harassment was reported at the 1700 block of Whitner.

Two incidents of unlawful use of a weapon were reported Sunday in the 500 block of S. Ellis.

Unlawful use of a weapon was reported Sunday at Jefferson and Benton.
