The following items were released by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWIs Lisa Diane Moore, no age given, 1514 Scott, was arrested Sunday on suspicion of driving while intoxicated following an accident on Perryville Road at Briarwood.

Marty Allen Willis, 46, 1808 Greenbrier, was arrested Sunday on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, possession of drug paraphernalia and failure to drive on the right half of the roadway.

Arrests Lesley A. Burton, 50, 1924 Benjamin Court, was arrested Sunday on suspicion of third-degree assault.

Summons Jacob Scott Kennedy, 22, 511 Bellevue, was issued a summons Sunday for various traffic offenses.

Thefts A purse and its contents were reported stolen Sunday at 91 S. Plaza Way.

A CD case, assorted CDs and a Trac phone were reported stolen Sunday from 1107 Bloomfield.

Assorted DVDs and a diamond ring were reported taken Sunday and a screen was ripped on the porch at 1607 Good Hope.

A PlayStation, games and safe card were reported stolen Sunday at 716 N. Sprigg.

Coins were reported taken Sunday from Sides Metal Recycling, 800 Giboney.

Coins were reported taken from 11527 Whitener.

Property Damage A CB radio, flat screen TV and DVD player were reported damaged Sunday at Werner Enterprises, 505 S. Mount Auburn Road.

Miscellaneous A blue 1987 Honda Prelude was abandoned Sunday in the 300 block of Good Hope.

A white 1993 Nissan Maxima, Illinois license STALY4 was abandoned Sunday at 33 S. Frederick.

Jackson

The following items were released by the Jackson Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests Dustin Penny, 21, 312 Rodney, Chaffee, Mo., was arrested Sunday on a Jackson municipal warrant for failure to appear.

Property Damage A report of property damage was made Saturday in the 1900 block of Lee Avenue.
