Lottie Irene Ray, 86, of Cape Girardeau died Monday, April 26, 2004, at the Lutheran Home.
She was born Aug. 27, 1917, in Hardy, Ark., daughter of Mentford Gracon and Myrtle Charlottie Benton Bryant. She and Delbert Leon Ray were married Dec. 15, 1936, in Black Oak, Ark. He died Feb. 13, 1965.
Ray was a member of First Baptist Church and Southeast Missouri Hospital Auxiliary.
Survivors include three sons, Cloyce and Bertis Ray of Jonesville, La., Willis Ray of Holcomb, Mo.; a daughter, Anita Nall of Cape Girardeau; two sisters, Juanita Stevens of Phoenix, Ariz., Dorothy Thompson of Anaheim, Calif.; 11 grandchildren; and 13 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by two brothers, a sister and a grandson.
Friends may call at Ford and Sons Mount Auburn Funeral Home from 4 to 7 p.m. Wednesday, and at McDaniel Funeral Home in Kennett, Mo., from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Thursday.
The funeral will be at 1 p.m. Thursday at McDaniel Funeral Home, with the Rev. Jay White officiating. Burial will be in Dunklin County Memorial Gardens at Kennett.
