MILL CREEK, Ill. -- Leona Marshall, 77, of Mill Creek died Wednesday, May 19, 2004, at her home.

She was born May 5, 1927, in Alexander County, Ill., daughter of Henry and Melissa Porter Lamb.

Marshall worked 30 years at Borg-Warner in Chicago, and was a beautician 30 years. She was a member of Villa Ridge Union Church.

Survivors include a daughter, Paula Casey of Mill Creek; two sisters, Isabel Jordan of Tamms, Ill., Elsie Lingle of Cape Girardeau; three brothers, Eugene Lamb of Park Forest, Ill., Gerald Lamb of Tamms, Donald Lamb of Rochelle, Ill.; two grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and two great-stepgrandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, two infant children and three sisters.

Friends may call at Crain Funeral Home in Tamms after 11 a.m. Friday.

The funeral will be at 1 p.m. Friday at the funeral home, with the Rev. Ralph Kaufman officiating. Burial will be in Lindsey Cemetery.
