Granted a special-use permit to Cape Retirement Community Inc. d/b/a Chateau Girardeau for the purpose of constructing, maintaining and operating a sign at 3120 Independence St.

Granted a special-use permit to Spanish Court LLC for the purpose of constructing, maintaining and operating luxury townhouses at 210 N. Spanish St.

Approved the record plat of McKinney Subdivision.

Executed a supplemental agreement with the Missouri Highways and Transportation Commission for improvements on Route K.

Adopted the annual operating budget for the fiscal year beginning July 1.
