The bride is the daughter of Vanette Hensley of Poplar Bluff, Mo., and the late Larry Hensley of Charleston, Mo. The groom is the son of Billy and Gail Garland of Patton, Mo.

Matron of honor was Shelly Stone of Fruitland, sister of the bride.

Bill Stone of Fruitland, brother-in-law of the bride, was best man.

A reception was held July 17 at Knights of Columbus Hall in Cape Girardeau.

Mrs. Garland is a graphic artist at Magna-Tel Inc.

The groom is a line technician at Procter & Gamble.

The couple is residing in Cape Girardeau.
