Arrests

  • Mark A. Williams Sr., 43, 129 S. Park Ave., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for contempt of court for failure to pay fine for no operator's license.
  • Alex W. Pilsner, 20, 3117 Themis St., Apt. A, was arrested on suspicion of failure to yield to emergency vehicles, having an unlicensed vehicle, no operator's license, failure to yield to an emergency vehicle, exhibition driving and failure to stop at stop sign.
  • A subject is in custody pending charges of possession of a controlled substance.
  • Tammy A. Bennett, 44, and Tara L. Martin, 17, both of 934 William St., were arrested on suspicion of resisting arrest.
  • Stephen M. Mantz, 54, of Jackson was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for probation violation.
  • Cecil M. Jenkins, 39, 224 Independence St., Apt. D, was arrested on a warrant for parole violation for robbery.
  • A subject is in custody pending charges of an ex parte violation.
  • Misty R. Edmonds, 30, 1410 Good Hope St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for sale of cocaine.
  • A 14-year-old boy was cited in juvenile court for third-degree assault.
  • A 16-year-old boy was cited into juvenile court for prohibited acts, noise violation.

Summonses

  • Alex W. Pilsner, 20, 3117 Themis St., Apt. A, was issued summonses for having an unlicensed vehicle, failure to yield to an emergency vehicle, improper passing and being an unlicensed driver.
  • Shannon D. Hunt, 17, 906 Ranney Ave., was issued a summons for noise.
  • Felix D. Lands, 17, 906 Ranney Ave., was issued a summons for possession of alcohol by a minor.
  • Charles J. Morrill, 53, of Jackson was issued a summons for failure to maintain property free of weeds.

Burglary

  • A wallet was reported stolen at 507 Cape Meadows Circle.

  • Identity theft was reported.
  • A wallet was reported stolen at 2102 William St.
  • D-Mart, 3415 William St., reported a theft of gasoline.
  • A Social Security card was reported stolen at the Town Plaza.
