ST. CHARLES, Mo. (AP) -- A man accused of sexually assaulting a real estate agent is taken from a St. Charles County courtroom on a stretcher.

Matthew Wilson appeared to be throwing up into a trash can Friday as medical personnel and authorities from the St. Charles County Sheriff's Deptartment ushered him toward an elevator in the courthouse.

Wilson faces several felony charges, including sexual abuse with a deadly weapon, armed criminal action, and felonious restraint. If convicted, he could face life in prison.

Authorities in Hood County, Texas, arrested Wilson days after he allegedly attacked a 24-year-old real estate agent in March 2007. The woman has been showing Wilson a home in Weldon Spring.
