Cape Girardeau

The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

• Martavis L. Scales, 23, 812 Good Hope St., was arrested on suspicion of first-degree assault and armed criminal action.
• Benjamin F. Rawlins, 22, 6 S. Henderson Ave., was arrested on suspicion of assault.
• Elton L. Kassel, 21, 319 N. Park Ave., Apt. 182, was arrested on suspicion of trespassing and property damage.
• Charles C. Jackson, 21, of Cairo, Ill., was arrested on an Illinois warrant for failure to appear for driving while intoxicated.
• A subject is in custody pending charges for an ex parte violation.
• Destany J. Hale, 24, of McClure, Ill., was arrested on three Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear for improper lane usage, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
• A 15-year-old boy was cited into juvenile court for curfew violation.
• A subject is in custody pending charges of domestic assault, unlawful use of a weapon, possession with intent to distribute more than 35 grams, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance.
• Thomas P. Klockenkemper, 41, 2824 Themis St., Apt. 6, was arrested on suspicion of violating order of protection.
• John R. Miller, 29, 2818 Whitener St., Apt. 2, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for contempt of court for failure to pay fine and cost for possession of drug paraphernalia and failure to pay fine and cost for failure to appear for probation revocation.
• Felicia A. Houart, 24, 1026 Bloomfield St., was arrested on two Dunklin County warrants for failure to appear for passing bad checks and nonsupport.
• A subject is in custody pending charges of driving while revoked and failing to restrain a child.
• Susan M. Lowe, 32, 726 Ranney Ave., was arrested on a Jackson warrant for failure to appear.
• Nicole E. Mather, 20, 45 S. West End Blvd., Apt. 313, was arrested on Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear for resisting arrest, peace disturbance and assault.
• Crystal L. Dobbs, 31, 1915 Grandview Drive, was arrested on Cape Girardeau warrants for contempt of court.

• Toria Lawrence, 24, 2808 Themis St. Apt. 2, was issued a summons for peace disturbance.
• Kinyinna R. Stevanson, 30, 1914 College St., was issued a summons for a leash-law violation.
• Tammy A. Hahs, 36, of Jackson was issued a summons for phone harassment.
• Tyneshia T. McDonald, 25, 541 S. Hanover St., Apt. 1, was issued a summons for property damage.
• Teresa K. Greable, 35, 324 Bellevue St., Apt. 3, was issued a summons for assault.
• Charity D. Hammack, 34, 1121 Merriwether St., was issued a summons for failure to maintain property free of trash.

Burglaries

• Second-degree burglary was reported at Coad Chevrolet, 517 S. Kingshighway. Tools were reported stolen in the incident.
• A burglary was reported at 424 Sheridan Drive, Apt. 9C. A camera and rings were reported stolen in the incident.

Thefts

• Metro Business College, 1732 N. Kingshighway, reported a theft of a computer.
• Jaspers, 10 S. West End Blvd., reported a theft of gasoline.
• AM/PM, 1101 William St., reported a theft of alcohol.
• A cell phone was reported stolen at 19 S. Kingshighway.
• Cape Honda, 385 Siemers Drive, reported wheels, tires and parts stolen.
• Cigarettes, money and a debit card were reported stolen at 1744 Luce St.
• A 2001 silver Oldsmobile Alero was reported stolen at 536 S. Spring Ave., Apt. J.
• A wallet, speakers and amp were reported stolen at 528 N. Fountain St.
• A 1999 Jeep Wrangler was reported stolen at 2031 Montgomery St.
• A gray Toyota Camry was reported stolen at 1548 E. Riverside Drive.
• A wallet was reported stolen at 1945 Longview Drive.
• A mountain bike was reported stolen at 824 Themis St., Apt. B.
• Jewelry was reported stolen at 2857 Cape LaCroix Road.

Property damage

• A vehicle window was reported broken at 36 N. Pind Wood Drive.
• A window was reported broken at 1327 N. West End Blvd.
• A vehicle window was reported damaged at 1606 Good Hope St.
• Property damage and unlawful use of a weapon were reported at 424 Pearl St.

Miscellaneous

• Interference with custody was reported.

• Tampering with a vehicle was reported at 2026 Brink St.
• A 27-year-old man was placed in protective custody.
