Davis Scholarship and Jordan Hinkle received the Raymond A. and Lilian K. Ritter Scholarship. In the field of occupational therapy: Kylie Werner received the Bess Estes Healthcare Scholarship, Sarah White received the Clara D. Newnam Memorial Scholarship and Kelsey Scheeter received the Earl Jr. and Lori Wills Memorial Scholarship. In the field of speech therapy: Misty McDaniel received the Joseph and Harriette Hunter McCrate Scholarship. In the field of physical therapy: Andrew Buelow received the Carrie Suedekum Memorial Scholarship and Blythe Schmitt received the Lee G. and Katherine Cochran Memorial Scholarship. In surgical technology: Alice Jenkins received the Evalyn and S. David Nunley Scholarship. In ultrasound technology: Lauren Beussink received the Saint Francis Auxiliary Healthcare Scholarship.

• Emily Younghouse of Cape Girardeau was named to the dean's list at Stephens College in Columbia, Mo., for the 2007-2008 academic year.
• Samuel Bornstein and Walter Schroeder, both of Cape Girardeau, made the dean's list at the University of Evansville in Evansville, Ind., for the spring 2008 semester.
