Mo. lieutenant governor has lesion removed
JEFFERSON CITY, Mo. -- Lt. Gov. Peter Kinder had a precancerous lesion removed from his face. Kinder spokesman Gary McElyea said Friday that a Jefferson City dermatologist removed the growth from the Republican lieutenant governor's left cheek Tuesday. The procedure left a visible scab, but McElyea said Kinder is doing fine.
