Cape Girardeau

The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

• Derrick D. Tucker, 24, 29 S. Sprigg St., was arrested on suspicion of careless and imprudent driving, driving while intoxicated and no operator's license.

Arrests

• Corey J. Harris, 26, 149 S. West End Blvd., was arrested on an Alexander County, Ill., warrant for failure to appear for driving while intoxicated.
• A subject was in custody pending charges for assault, trespassing and property damage.
• Roger N. Hilpert, 47, 342 Park Ave., was arrested on suspicion of stealing.
• Jeremiah R. Maples, 21, 333 N. Pacific St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to pay fines for driving while intoxicated.
• Phillip E. Thomas, 39, of Jackson was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for improper registration and seat-belt violation.
• Ebony N. Stigall, 24, 227 S. Spanish St., was arrested on a New Madrid County warrant for failure to appear for a traffic violation.
• William C. Walley II, 25, of St. Charles, Mo., was arrested on Cape Girardeau warrants for contempt of court for failure to pay fine for seat-belt violation and failure to pay fine for failure to appear for driving while revoked.
• Michael A. Fuller, 24, of Kennett, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for probation violation for suspended operator's license.
• Darcell C. Moore, 21, 1080 S. Ellis St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for probation violation for revoked operator's license.
• Jessica R. Sloan, 26, 2838 Whitener St., Apt. 5, was arrested on suspicion of property damage.

Summons

• Patrick L. Buck Sr., 38, of 1108 S. Sprigg St., was issued a summons for failure to maintain property free of high weeds and allowing loose brush and limbs to accumulate.

Assault

• A domestic assault was reported.

Thefts

• BP, 3276 William St., reported a theft of gasoline.
• Missouri Department of Mental Health, 2715 Hawthorne Road, reported a theft of medication.
• Money and ledger were reported stolen at VFW Post 3838, 1049 Kingshighway.
• Money was reported stolen at 3439 William St.
• A wallet was reported stolen at 2027 Broadway.
• An iPod and money were reported stolen at 1413 Brookshire Road.
• Saint Francis Medical Center, 211 St. Francis Drive, reported a theft of tickets. Enrico F. Thomas, 44, 535 Boxwood Drive, No. 3, was issued a summons in connection with the incident.

Property damage

• Damaged paint, window screen and building supplies were reported at 1102 S. Ellis St.
• A door pane was reported damaged at 1713 Montgomery St.

Jackson

The following items were released by the Jackson Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

• Lauren A. Conrad, 20, 1336 County Road 506, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and failure to drive in a single lane.

Arrests

• Phillip E. Thomas, 39, 917 E. Jackson Blvd., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear.

Theft

• A theft was reported in the area of East Monroe Street and West Jackson Boulevard.

Property damage

• Property damage was reported in the 300 block of East Jackson Boulevard.

• Brian R. Ebner, 38, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of domestic assault.
• Cody L. Calahan, 18, of Jackson was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear.
• Cameron B. Bell, 19, of Wichita Falls, Texas, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation for operating a motor vehicle without a valid license.
• Christopher A. Price, 18, of Star City, Ark., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for sale of a controlled substance.
