Jackson man arrested on Scott County warrants

Lonnie D. Reed, 21, was taken into custody after police executed a search warrant Tuesday in the 1100 block of Apache Ave. in Jackson. According to a news release, a "small amount of marijuana, various drug paraphernalia and numerous firearms were seized."

Reed was taken into custody on Scott County warrants for failure to appear on felony and misdemeanor drug charges, the release said. Special response teams from the Jackson and Cape Girardeau police departments and the SEMO Drug Task Force conducted the search.
