Cape Girardeau

The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

• A subject is in custody pending charges of assault and unlawful use of a weapon.
• A subject is in custody pending charges of assault.
• Titus Damarion Brockman, 18, 3001 Themis St., Apt. D, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for resisting arrest.
• Stephen A. Fister, 24, of Fenton, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for a seat-belt violation.
• Eddie R. Moore, 46, of Sikeston, Mo., was arrested on Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear.
• Travis Wayne Gibson, 34, of Benton, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of driving with a revoked license.
• John Edward Daniels, 38, 302 Benton St., was arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance.
• Lord Lewis Gwin, 39, 105 Clark Ave., Apt. 301, was arrested on suspicion of indecent exposure and resisting arrest.

Summons

• Leonard McAdory, 34, 623 Jefferson Ave. was issued a summons for trespassing.

Assault

• Domestic assault was reported.
• Domestic assault was reported.

Burglary

• A burglary was reported at 517 Amethyst St. Money was reported stolen in the incident.

Thefts

• Money and a socket set were reported stolen at 3018 Mimosa Drive.
• A knife was reported stolen at 308 W. Lorimier St.
• A lawn mower, gas can and fuel were reported stolen at 4 Henderson Ave.
• A bicycle was reported stolen in the 800 block of Sprigg Street.

Property damage

• Property damage was reported at 20 S. West End Blvd.
• A vehicle was reported damaged and a BlackBerry reported stolen at Kingshighway and Southern Expressway.

Miscellaneous

• A 29-year-old woman was taken into protective custody.
• An ex parte violation was reported.
• A 44-year-old man was taken into protective custody.
• A request for service was made.

The Southeast Missouri State University Department of Public Safety released the following items.

Thefts

• A computer was reported stolen at the polytechnic building.
• Jewelry was reported stolen at the Innovation Center.

Jackson

The Jackson Police Department released the following items.

• A theft was reported in the 1000 block of Greensferry Road.

• Property damage was reported in the 2200 block of East Jackson Boulevard.
