Cape Girardeau
The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.
DWI
- Brian K. Wahlers, 41, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and leaving the scene of an accident.
Arrests
- William T. Ranson, 25, of Sikeston, Mo., was arrested on a Sikeston warrant for contempt of court for providing false information to a law enforcement officer.
- Terrance S. Howard, 17, 211 S. Lorimier St., was arrested on suspicion of stealing socks.
- John Leroy Gamage, 21, 621 Good Hope St., Apt. A, was arrested on suspicion of assault.
- Marcus Antoine Rice, 21, 123 N. Clark Ave., Apt. 6, was arrested on suspicion of possession of marijuana with intent to distribute.
- Stephan Dewayne Anderson, 26, of Sikeston, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for contempt of court for failure to pay a fine for trespassing; a Jefferson City, Mo., warrant for probation violation for absconder; and a Poplar Bluff, Mo., warrant for failure to appear in court.
- A subject was in custody pending charges of trafficking, resisting arrest and tampering with evidence.
Summons:
- Christopher A. Lix, 44, 230 N. Spring Ave., was issued a summons for failure to maintain property free of weeds.
