East - Sterling

Ashlei Jo East and John Douglas Sterling were married July 5, 2008, at the Bridge Church in Cape Girardeau. Winston Wiliford performed the ceremony. Soloist was Pam Wiliford.

The bride is the daughter of Rick East and Donna Sanders of Cape Girardeau. The groom is the son of Steve Sterling of Illinois and Donna Jenkins of Arkansas.

Maid of honor was Kristyn Sanders of Cape Girardeau, sister of the bride. Junior bridesmaid was Hannah Sterling of Cape Girardeau, niece of the groom.

Chad Hartline and Demetrius Rayford of Cape Girardeau were best men. Ushers and candlelighters were Terrance Sterling, brother of the groom and Gabe Jenkins, cousin of the groom, both of Cape Girardeau.

Flower girl and ringbearer were Kaylei and JaShawn Sterling, daughter and son of the bride and groom.

Alyssa Nunley, cousin of the groom, attended the guest book.

The reception was held at Cape County Park.

Mrs. Sterling is a 2000 graduate of Central High School, and attended Southeast Missouri State University.

The groom is employed with Manpower at Procter and Gamble.

The couple resides in Cape Girardeau.
