Betty Ann Beckmann, 85, of Cape Girardeau died Tuesday, Aug. 19, 2008, at Fountainbleau Lodge. She was born Nov. 22, 1922, in St. Louis, daughter of Opal Rayfield. She and Emil Beckmann were married in October 1942 in St. Louis. Betty Ann Beckmann, 85, of Cape Girardeau died Tuesday, Aug. 19, 2008, at Fountainbleau Lodge.
She was born Nov. 22, 1922, in St. Louis, daughter of Opal Rayfield. She and Emil Beckmann were married in October 1942 in St. Louis.
Survivors include two daughters, Amy Ward of Cape Girardeau, Lynn Carver of St. Louis; five grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her mother and husband.
Friends may call from 4 to 8 p.m. Friday at Ford and Sons Mount Auburn Funeral Home.
The funeral will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at the funeral home, with the Rev. Jeff Long officiating.
