Ms. McDowell is the former Janel Witte, daughter of Harry and Nora Witte of Troy. She is recruiting supervisor at Witte Brothers Trucking in Troy. McDowell is the son of Harold and Vicky McDowell of Jackson. He is fleet manager at Witte Brothers Trucking.

Hinkebein

First child. Mrs. Hinkebein is the former Anne Mitchell, daughter of Stephen and Barbara Mitchell of Kansas City, Mo. Hinkebein is the son of Thomas and Laura Hinkebein of Cape Girardeau.
