Several people are given lie-detector tests in connection with 2-month-old Bonnie Huffman murder case; polygraph tests are being conducted in Cape Girardeau and are expected to continue through tomorrow, with more than dozen people to be examined.

Walker Childs, owner of Childs' I.G.A. supermarket, declares his store on West Broadway hasn't been sold; confusion has arisen concerning store since it was announced he and Bernard Shaper of Jackson had sold their store at Chaffee to Ray Mercer.

Year ago tomorrow, Cape Girardeau traffic bridge opened to traffic; through yesterday, span, since its formal opening, has taken in $57,126.25 in tolls; with today's and Thursday's count thrown in, tolls should reach about $58,000.

Following their marriage soon after noon at Sikeston, Mo., Mr. and Mrs. J. Ernest Harper are secretly rushed to waiting airplane and are spirited to Cape Girardeau on first lap of their honeymoon; couple arrives at Cuskaden field south of town at 2:25, where automobile awaits them for their trip north.
