Steffens - Ross

Heather Lynne Steffens and Benjamin Jacob Ross exchanged vows June 14, 2008, at St. Andrew Lutheran Church. The Revs. Mark Martin and Mark Smith performed the ceremony. Organist was Martin Roth of Cape Girardeau.

The bride is the daughter of Wayne and Marilyn Steffens of Cape Girardeau. The groom is the son of Paul and Nola Heidbreder of Glendale, Mo.

Maid of honor was Tracy Guth of Jackson, and matron of honor was Christy Pettit of Charleston, S.C. Bridesmaids were Elizabeth Hesselbach of St. Louis; Tiffany Steffens of Jackson, sister-in-law of the bride; Bridget Miller of Cape Girardeau; and Amy Brueckner of Jackson. Junior bridesmaid was Bailey Steffens of Jackson, niece of the bride.

Mike Hassler and Ronnie Liugua of St. Louis were best men. Groomsmen were Andy Triefenbach, Jeff Herman, Niles Mattox and Chris Wirtel, all of St. Louis. Ushers were Nathan Foster of St. Louis, and Matt Steffens of Jackson, brother of the bride.

Flower girl was Audra Steffens, daughter of Matt and Tiffany Steffens and niece of the bride.

Priscilla Pietz of St. Louis, cousin of the groom, attended the guest book.

The reception was held at the Knights of Columbus Hall in Jackson.

The groom's parents hosted the rehearsal dinner June 13 at Buckner Brewing Co.

Mrs. Ross is a graduate of Central High School and Southeast Missouri State University. She is a pharmacy technician at the Medicine Shoppe in Kirkwood, Mo.

The groom is a graduate of Kirkwood High School. He is a help desk analyst at Enterprise Rent-A-Car in Clayton, Mo.

After a Caribbean cruise to Grand Cayman and Cozumel, Mexico, the couple is residing in St. Louis.
