The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWIs

• Brandi Moyers, no age given, of Florissant, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.
• Brink Chance, no age given, 1836 W. Cape Rock Drive, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.
• Curtis A. Session, no age given, 55 Centennial Drive, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and leaving the scene of a motor vehicle accident.
• Jennifer Jolls, no age given, 1776 Bertling St., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.
• Two minors were cited into juvenile court on suspicion of possessing and consuming alcohol.

• Jamall Southall, no age given, of Marble Hill, Mo., was arrested on a warrant of commitment.
• Matthew Reiman, no age given, of St. Charles, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of soliciting.
• Ashley Figliolo, no age given, 923 N. Frederick St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for a probation violation.
• Joseph Wood, no age given, 606 Terry Lane, was arrested on suspicion of assault.

Thefts

• A bicycle was reported stolen at 621 S. Henderson Ave.
• J.C. Penney at West Park Mall reported the theft of clothing.
• Broussard's, 120 N. Main St., reported the theft of a pitcher of beer.
• Stealing was reported at 548 N. West End Blvd.
• Aldi, 2145 Independence St., reported the theft of grocery items.
• Stealing was reported at 423 Marroseann Drive.
• Rhodes 101, 2109 William St., reported the theft of gasoline.

Burglary

• First-degree robbery was reported at Ellis and Elm streets.

Miscellaneous

• Unlawful use of a weapon was reported at 737 Themis St.
• Fraudulent use of a credit device was reported.
