Three people were arrested Tuesday on suspicion of selling alcohol to minors following a check by the Missouri Division of Alcohol and Tobacco Control, according to a news release from the division. Three people were arrested Tuesday on suspicion of selling alcohol to minors following a check by the Missouri Division of Alcohol and Tobacco Control, according to a news release from the division.

Nicholas McMackins, 22, and Gennifer Zang, 21, were arrested for selling to a minor at The Phat Cat, 731 Broadway. Pamela S. Brown, 44, was arrested on suspicion of selling to a minor at Kidds, 304 E. Jackson Blvd. in Jackson.

Four other locations were checked but didn't sell to the undercover minor: Jackson Bait and Tackle, 1024 N. High St.; Rhodes 101 Stop at highways 72 and 34 in Jackson; Casey's General Store, 920 W. Independence St. in Jackson; and Jackson Citgo, 1831 E. Jackson Blvd.

The retail locations cited for serving alcohol to a minor will face possible fines and suspension of their liquor licenses, according to the news release.
