Cape Girardeau

The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

• Roger B. Ashby, 57, 45 Rivercrest Drive, was arrested on suspicion of burglary, stealing and resisting arrest.
• Will H. Woods, 44, 1206 Perryville Road, was arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and resisting lawful detention.
• Vanessa D. Babcock, 20, 1549 Lexington Ave., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for probation violation for stealing.
• Floyd G. Wiseman, 44, 627 S. Benton St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear for domestic assault.
• Bryan K. Sturm, 29, of Scott City, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for probation violation for resisting arrest.
• Justin D. Statler, 25, 444 Marie St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for contempt of court for failure to appear for probation revocation for assault charge.
• Two boys were cited into juvenile court for stealing.
• Felicia L. Harper, 25, 3002 Themis St., Apt. 3, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for passing bad checks.
• A 12-year-old boy was cited into juvenile court for disturbing the peace.
• A 15-year-old boy was cited into juvenile court for being a runaway.

Summons

• Steven G. Medlin, 30, and Joseph C. Holiman, 27, both of 117 Independence St., were issued summonses for possession of an open container of alcohol.

Thefts

• A Missouri license plate was reported stolen.
• Rhodes, 1126 N. Sprigg St., reported a theft of gasoline.
• Kmart, 11 S. Kingshighway, reported a theft of a memory stick. A 16-year-old boy was cited into juvenile court in connection with the incident.
• A key and a CD case were reported stolen at Henderson Avenue and Themis Street.

Miscellaneous

• Harassment was reported.
• Unlawful use of a weapon was reported.
• Sexual misconduct was reported.

Jackson

The Jackson Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

• Jordan E. Kinsey, 25, 821 Old Cape Road, was arrested on a Jackson warrant for failure to appear.
• David A. Hoffman, 18, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Jackson warrant for failure to appear.
• Yolanda M. Bass, 21, of Marble Hill, Mo., was arrested on a Bollinger County warrant for probation violation.

Thefts

• A theft was reported in the 300 block of South Missouri Street.
• A theft was reported in the 200 block of Goodson Drive.
• A theft was reported in the 1500 block of West Independence Street.
• A theft was reported in the 600 block of Sue Drive.
• A theft was reported in the 600 block of North High Street.

Miscellaneous

• A domestic dispute was reported in the 200 block of Henderson Street.
• A disturbance was reported in the 100 block of East Park Street.
