PADUCAH, Ky. -- Edna Fay Arnhart, 81, of Paducah died Wednesday, Oct. 29, 2008, at Western Baptist Hospital. She was born in Tamms, Ill., daughter of Curtis C. and Refa Groves McRaven. PADUCAH, Ky. -- Edna Fay Arnhart, 81, of Paducah died Wednesday, Oct. 29, 2008, at Western Baptist Hospital.

She was born in Tamms, Ill., daughter of Curtis C. and Refa Groves McRaven.

Arnhart retired as a housekeeper from Saint Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau. She was a member of Wice Baptist Church.

Survivors include two daughters, Carolyn Sheffer and Sharon Bryant of Paducah; a son, Leonard "Buddy" Arnhart of Tamms; a brother, Don McRaven of Reynoldsville, Ill.; eight grandchildren; and 15 great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by a son, a daughter, a sister and three brothers.

The funeral will be at 11 a.m. today at Milner and Orr Funeral Home in Paducah, with the Revs. Michael Suiter and Roy Parks officiating. Burial will be in Maplelawn Park Cemetery.
