Second child, first son. Ms. Schlosser is the daughter of Mike Schlosser and Mary Moreno of Oran, Mo. Wilks is the son of Angelina Touchet of Youngsville, La., and the late Ted Touchet and Henry Wilks. He is a truck driver with West Fork Tank Trucks in Bridgeport, Texas.
