If Kerry was correct, then it belonged to another terrorist group or even to the Iraqi government. Do you think other terrorist organizations operated from Iraq?

Is it possible that the Iraqi government itself intended to perpetrate an act of terrorism in America, or merely sponsor one of those terrorist organizations that John Kerry insists didn't exist there?
