Cape Girardeau

The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

• Tommy R. L. Jones, 22, 282 D St., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, failure to stop at posted sign and failure to show proof of insurance.

Arrest

• Willie L. Parchel, 46, 2703 Leroy Drive, was arrested on suspicion of domestic assault.

Summonses

• Jennifer C. Burns, 40, 515 Louis St., was issued a summons for maintaining a nuisance animal.
• Jenna A. Young, 21, of Oak Ridge was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for a seat-belt violation.
• Tiara J. Benton, 20, 1806 William St., was issued a summons for harassment.

Assault

• An assault was reported.

Thefts

• Save-A-Lot, 121 S. Sprigg St., reported a theft of groceries. James P. Joyce, 43, 337 N. Park Ave., No. 3B, was issued a summons in connection with the incident.
• Plaza Tire, 433 Siemers Drive, reported a theft of batteries.
• Rhodes 101, 1126 N. Sprigg St., reported a theft of gasoline.
• Rhodes 101, 10 S. West End Blvd., reported a theft of gasoline.
• Rhodes 101, 449 S. Kings­highway, reported a theft of gasoline.
• Bi-State, 612 S. Sprigg St., reported a theft of gasoline.
• Don's Store 24, 341 S. Sprigg St., reported a theft of gasoline.
• Macy's, 3049 William St., reported a theft of clothing and perfume. Kimberly R. Boese, 26, of Chaffee, Mo., was arrested in connection with the incident.
• Fred's, 121 S. Sprigg St., reported a theft of video game.

Property damage

• Damage to a vehicle was reported at 125 W. Clark Ave.

Jackson

The Jackson Police Department released the following items.

Miscellaneous

• Trespassing was reported in the 600 block of North Maryland Street.
• Harassment was reported in the 50 block of South Hope Street.
• Disturbance was reported in the 200 block of North Farmington Road.
• A domestic dispute was reported in the 900 block of East Main Street.

The Cape Girardeau County Sheriff's Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWIs

• Thomas B. Brown, 35, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and failure to drive on right half of roadway.
• Laurie M. Heise, 24, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and failure to drive on right half of roadway.
• Wesley D. Bishop, 32, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.
• Chad S. Pack, 20, of Burfordville was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, driving while suspended and being a visibly intoxicated minor.

Arrests

• Randi C. Williams, 22, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation, driving while revoked and failure to maintain financial responsibility.
• Amy E. O'Kelly, 35, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of driving while suspended.
• John R. Mitchell Jr., 27, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for contempt of court for failure to pay fines for assault and contempt of court for failure to pay fines for driving while suspended.
• Johnny W. Newell, 41, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of stealing and second-degree burglary.
• John H. Juners, 22, of Scott City was arrested on suspicion of stealing, first-degree trespassing and second-degree burglary.
• Sherry S. Hartle, 40, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of child abuse.
• Terry S. Edick, 44, of Oak Ridge was arrested on suspicion of stealing.
• Gene T. Wren, 29, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of domestic assault and possession of controlled substance.
