Mildred Feltz

SERENO, Mo. -- Mildred A. Feltz, 89, of Sereno died Sunday, Oct. 17, 2004, at Perry County Nursing Home. She was born Oct. 28, 1914, in Perry County, daughter of William Pius and Victoria Reiss Hagan. She and E.V. "Shorty" Feltz were married April 24, 1934. He died June 20, 2002...

SERENO, Mo. -- Mildred A. Feltz, 89, of Sereno died Sunday, Oct. 17, 2004, at Perry County Nursing Home.

She was born Oct. 28, 1914, in Perry County, daughter of William Pius and Victoria Reiss Hagan. She and E.V. "Shorty" Feltz were married April 24, 1934. He died June 20, 2002.

Feltz was a long time employee of Roziers Department Store. She was a member of Our Lady of Victory Catholic Church and Ladies Sodality.

Survivors include a daughter, Margie Herron of O'Fallon, Mo.; four grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; and a great-great-granddaughter.

Friends may call at Young and Sons Funeral Home in Perryville, Mo., from 4 to 8:30 p.m. today, and 6:30 to 9:20 a.m. Wednesday. The wake will be at 7 tonight.

Funeral Mass will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday at Our Lady of Victory Church. The Rev. Francis Agnew will officiate. Burial will be in Mount Hope Cemetery.
