Marjorie Myers

ALTO PASS, Ill. -- Marjorie Ann Myers, 74, of Alto Pass died Tuesday, Dec. 23, 2008, at Memorial Hospital of Carbondale, Ill.

She was born July 7, 1934, at Anna, Ill., daughter of William Walter and Edith Louise Nordmeyer Dillow. She and Donald "Sonny" Myers were married on May 10, 1952, at Piggott, Ark.

Myers was a retired nurse's aide.

Survivors include her husband; two sons, Donald Myers Jr. and Kevin Myers, both of Alto Pass; a daughter, Debra Sutliff of Cobden, Ill.; her mother, Edith Louise Dillow of Cobden; a brother, Donald Lee Dillow of Peoria, Ill.; a sister, Martha Jo Westphal of Stuart, Fla.; and five grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her father and a brother.

Friends may call from 6 to 8 p.m. today at Rendleman & Hileman Funeral Home in Alto Pass.

Funeral will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at the funeral home, with the Rev. Clifford Heil officiating.

Burial will be in Alto Pass Cemetery.
