Mrs. Ladd is the former Amanda Wilburn, daughter of Darla and Donnie Bohnsack of Advance. She is a licensed practical nurse at Life Care Center. Ladd is the son of Jerry and Peggy Ladd of Advance. He is employed by Bollinger County Highway Department.

Weber

Son to Jeremy L. and Samantha L. Weber of McClure, Ill., Southeast Missouri Hospital, 6:37 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 17, 2008. Name, Riley Lucas. Weight, 6 pounds, 10 ounces. Seventh child, third son. Mrs. Weber is the daughter of Mabel Robinson of Scott City.

Mrs. Baker is the former Sara Buchheit, daughter of Jerry and Sandy Buchheit of Jackson. Baker is the son of Junior and Sherry Baker of Marble Hill, Mo.

First child. Ms. Stovall is the daughter of Rodney and Dianna Stovall of Marble Hill, Mo. She is employed at Southeast Missouri Hospital. Brooks is the son of Dalilah Tayloe of Whitewater.

Belvin

Son to Kevin Paul and Theresa Belvin of Cape Girardeau, Saint Francis Medical Center, 6:47 a.m. Thursday, Dec. 18, 2008. Name, Isaac Paul. Weight, 8 pounds, 6 1/2 ounces. First child. Mrs. Belvin is the former Theresa Haug, daughter of Matt and Frances Haug of Bonne Terre, Mo. She is an assistant director at Southeast Missouri State University. Belvin is the son of Violet Belvin of East Prairie, Mo., and Everett Belvin of Sikeston, Mo. He is a supervisor at the university.
