The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

  • Jimmy Eugene Yarbro, 25, 518 Matthews, Apt. 3, Sikeston, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and a red light violation.
  • Jeremy Ryan Burton, 31, 116 W. Vale St., Jackson, was arrested on suspicion of driving while under the influence and speeding.

Arrests

  • Matthew Branklin Batchelor, 31, 1030 West Mount Drive, was arrested on suspicion of domestic assault.
  • Milton N. Porter, 26, 838 Tanner, Sikeston, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear and a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear and probation violation and on suspicion of forgery.
  • Sola Depree, 47, 1019 S. Sprigg St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear.
  • Richard S. Wren, 26, 1000 S. Ellis St., was arrested on a St. Louis warrant for nonsupport.
  • A subject was in custody pending formal charges of domestic assault.

Summonses

  • Bernice E. Nance, 45, 319 N. Frederick St., Apt. 101, received a summons for supplying alcohol to a minor.
  • Lisa M. Poole, no age given, 1201 Old Cape Road, Jackson, received a summons for selling alcohol to a minor.
  • Michael A. Marston, no age given, 1619 David St., received a summons for selling alcohol to a minor.
  • Steven L. Williams, 31, 921 Hackberry St., Apt. 209, received a summons for disturbing the peace.
  • Melvin T. Young, no age given, 348 Wheeler Drive, Scott City, received a summons for leaving the scene of an accident and failure to maintain a single lane.

Assault

  • An assault was reported at Washington and Frederick streets.

Burglaries

  • Clothing and household goods were reported stolen at 550 S. Hanover St.

Thefts

  • Jaspers, 1008 N. Kingshighway, reported the theft of gasoline.
  • A lock was reported stolen, with property damage, at 411 Jefferson Ave.
  • An iPod was reported stolen from 250 S. Silver Springs Road.
  • Jewelry was reported stolen at 2001 N. Kingshighway.
  • A 9 mm handgun was reported stolen in the Cape Girardeau area.
  • A cell phone and keys were reported stolen at 809 Bellevue St., Apt. 2.

Property damage

  • Vehicle damage was reported at 1038 N. Frederick St.

Miscellaneous

  • A Rohm .22-caliber handgun was found.
  • A 1999 Mercury Grand Marquis stolen from Perry County was recovered in the 500 block of South Ellis Street.
  • A license plate was reported lost in the Cape Girardeau area.

The Jackson Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

  • A juvenile was arrested on suspicion of shoplifting.
  • Jeremy D. Voshage, 19, 210 N. Farmington Road, Apt. 4, was arrested on suspicion of being a minor in possession of alcohol and possession of drug paraphernalia.
  • Steven Hanks, 17, 919 S. Pacific St., Cape Girardeau, was arrested on suspicion of being a minor in possession of alcohol, one count of felony stealing and one count misdemeanor stealing.
  • David Hoffman, 18, 1013 Elm St,. Cape Girardeau, was arrested on suspicion of being a minor in possession of alcohol and one count of felony stealing,

Theft

  • A theft was reported in the 1100 block of Shady Lane.

Disturbances

n A peace disturbance was reported in the 600 block of Colorado Street.

  • A peace disturbance was reported in the 700 block of West Jackson Boulevard.
  • A peace disturbance was reported in the 900 block of East Main Street.

Property damage

  • Property damage was reported in the 1100 block of West Main Street.
