Larry and Tina Bill of Jackson announce the engagement of their daughter, Jessica Bill, to Justin Hoppe. He is the son of Hal and Lisa Hoppe of Columbia, Ill.

Bill is a 2003 graduate of Jackson High School, and a 2006 graduate of Missouri State University. She is a manager at Crown Optical in St. Louis.
