Arrests

Frazier Boyd Bankhead, 38, 126 S. Ellis St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for driving under revocation.

Jon Fray Mertens, 26, and Charles Kraus, 19, both of 6 N. Henderson Ave., were arrested on suspicion of having a disorderly house.

Terry W. Johnson, 35, 2548 Melrose St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for parole violation.

Chene C. Aldredge, 20, 1016 Village Lane, was arrested on a city warrant for failure to appear for peace disturbance.

Summonses

Mary J. Curry, 56, 1005 Good Hope St., was issued a summons for having a disabled vehicle on her property.

Robert L. Dickerson, 56, 725 Ranney Ave., was issued a summons for failing to maintain property free of litter.

Theft

A Missouri dealer license plate was reported stolen from JCS Tel-Link, 1606 N. Kingshighway.

A juvenile was cited into juvenile court for two counts of stealing at 100 Westfield Shoppingtown West Park.

A 16-year-old boy was cited into juvenile court for stealing.

Property Damage

Property damage was reported in a city park.

Miscellaneous

A juvenile was cited into juvenile court for curfew violation and driving without a license.

A scooter was reported found in the city.

A check was reported forged at 614 Sycamore Circle.

A blue Buick LeSabre, Missouri license 747 RLF, was reported abandoned at Independence and Sunset streets.

Two 14-year-old boys were cited into juvenile court for property damage.

A white 1989 Pontiac Grand Prix was reported abandoned in the 800 block of South Ellis Street.

Mark Alan Musselman Jr., 20, 222 Cook St., Chaffee, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation.

Heather Dawn Nistendirk, 20, 221 William St., Apt. 2, was arrested on suspicion of assault.

Daniel Phillip Houston Gause, 17, 1633 N. Main St., was arrested on city warrants for failure to appear for peace disturbance and failure to appear for driving on a suspended license.

Barbara Ann Jenkins, 240 Marlin Ave., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for passing bad checks.

James W. Davis, 53, 210 Burdoc Acres, was arrested on a city warrant for failure to appear for driving on a suspended license.

Jannett Louise Wiley, 43, 1005 S. Benton St., was arrested on a Sikeston warrant for driving without a license.

Leroy Wren, 41, 604 Jefferson St., Apt. 3, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for assault.

Summonses

Mary Ann Varvil, 44, 607 Locust St., was issued a summons for failure to maintain property free of litter.

Stephanie D. Windisch, 38, 3126 Themis St., Apt. 2, was issued a summons for harassment.

Property Damage

Notre Dame Regional High School reported damage to the soccer field.

Walls and plaster separations were reported damaged at 303 S. Pacific St.

Theft

A blue Roadmaster 15-speed bicycle was reported stolen from 308 W. Lorimier St.

Burglary and theft were reported at 1611 Independence St.

Construction equipment and a gun belonging to Columbia Construction Co. were reported stolen from 200 Shirley Drive.

Theft was reported at 604 Jefferson St.

A Missouri driver's license was reported stolen at 915 S. Pacific St.
