Michael Scott Ford, 20, of Bullhead City, Ariz., died Sunday, Oct. 31, 2004, at his home. He was born Jan. 11, 1984, in Cape Girardeau, son of Kenny L. and Cindy Innis Ford. Survivors include his mother, Cindy Bruce of Bullhead City; a brother, Chris Ford of Cape Girardeau; paternal grandmother, Mary Lee Davis of Cape Girardeau; and maternal grandparents, Owen and Wanda Innis of Scott City...Michael Scott Ford, 20, of Bullhead City, Ariz., died Sunday, Oct. 31, 2004, at his home.

The funeral will be at 11 a.m. today at Calvary Church in Bullhead City.
