Bobbi Lynn Wissmann and Robert Martin Scheffer exchanged vows Oct. 2, 2004, at the Hill Church in Rockview, Mo. Robert Wright performed the ceremony.

The bride is the daughter of Paul and Margaret Wissmann of Fruitland. The groom is the son of Martin Scheffer of Randles and Kathy Mackey of Cape Girardeau.

Maid of honor was Susan Gilmer and bridesmaid was Anita Mott, both of Scott City.

Dustin Stone of Scott City was best man, and groomsman was Jonathan Stidham of Whitewater.

Chelsea Gilmer of Scott City attended the guest book.

Following the ceremony, the reception was held at the church. Servers were Pam Simmons of Whitehouse, Texas, sister of the bride, and Maegan Smith of Scott City.

Mrs. Scheffer is a graduate of Scott City High School and received a degree in nursing from Southeast Missouri Hospital College of Nursing. She is a registered nurse at Southeast Hospital.

The groom is a graduate of Scott City High School. He is employed by Ingram Barge Co.

The couple is residing in Scott City.
