The victim reported that Davis touched her in inappropriate places, removed her clothing and made her watch pornographic movies with him on several occasions, according to the probable-cause statement.

The victim reported 40 to 50 incidents of sexual contact with Davis during an interview with the Southeast Missouri Network Against Sexual Violence, according to the statement.

In a follow-up interview with Davis, he admitted to having sexual contact with the victim 20 or more times, as well as showing her pornographic videos and photographs, Malugen said in the statement.
