Jackie Smithee

GLENALLEN, Mo. -- Jackie Lucille Smithee, 85, of Glenallen died Tuesday, Nov. 9, 2004, at Elder Care of Marble Hill.

She was born Oct. 2, 1919, at West Fork, Mo., daughter of James Roscoe and Eliza Jane Copeland Kent. She and Alfred Allen Smithee were married in April 1979. He died March 19,1990.

Smithee owned and operated South Heighland Trailer Court in Craig, Colo., and was a member of the Greek Orthodox Church in Craig.

Survivors include a son, Jack Barton of Howard, Kan.; three brothers, Ira Kent of Marble Hill, Riley Kent of Festus, Mo., Raymond Kent of Grand Junction, Colo.; five grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by two brothers and two sisters.

The funeral will be at 1 p.m. today at Liley Funeral Home in Marble Hill. The Rev. Frank Shanks will officiate. Burial will be in Bollinger County Memorial Park Cemetery near Marble Hill.
