In response to Amanda Santamaria's letter, "Reach out instead of judging": What is so bad about using moral justification for voting on a president? Would you want an immoral man running the country? This country was founded on religion and morals. That is what we need to stick to. Also, President Bush did what he thought was right. He didn't lie to us about weapons of mass destruction. I consider weapons of mass destruction as any amount of firepower that can cause a large number of casualties. Are you then saying that all these weapon caches we find in Iraq and Afghanistan couldn't fall in that category just because they are not nuclear bombs? Bush is taking the step that Bill Clinton was too afraid to take in helping make our country and world a safer place. You place emphasis on lying as a sin, but aren't you judging? Obviously, the majority of the country thinks Bush is leading us in the right direction, or he wouldn't have been re-elected.
