Sandra Riggs

CAIRO, Ill. -- Sandra A. Riggs, 44, of Cairo died Thursday, Nov. 11, 2004, at Southeast Missouri Hospital in Cape Girardeau.

She was born Dec. 8, 1959, in East St. Louis, Ill., daughter of Jack and Juanita Theriac.

Survivors include her husband, Johnny D. Riggs; a daughter, Michelle Riggs of Cairo; two sons, Johnny Riggs Jr. and Christopher Riggs of Cairo; a stepson, Andrew Sweet of Cape Girardeau; two brothers, Fred Theriac of Greensboro, N.C., Jack Theriac of Cobden, Ill.; two sisters, Mary Ann Houston of Herrin, Ill., Pam Baird of Edwardsville, Ill.; and three grandchildren.

Friends may call at Barkett Funeral Home in Cairo from 5 to 8 today.

The funeral will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at the funeral home, with the Rev. Wilma Hodges officiating. Burial will be in Rose Hill Cemetery at Thebes, Ill.
