The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Riley Fletcher of Murphysboro, Ill. The groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Robert Willingham of Cape Girardeau.

Maid of honor was Amber Feltman. Bridesmaids were Wanda Lane, Christina Ottoline, and Ashley Clover, cousin of the bride.

Justin Kemp was best man, and groomsman was Daniel Willingham.

Mrs. Willingham expects to receive a bachelor's degree in biology/pre-optometry from Southeast Missouri State University in December.

The groom is a marketing student at Southeast. He is a security officer at Procter & Gamble.

The couple is residing in Cape Girardeau.
