Salvation Army serves free meals in Cape The Salvation Army will be serving free Meals with Friends to the public from 4:30 to 6 p.m. Monday to Friday this week at 701 Good Hope St. in Cape Girardeau. Vegetables, fruit, bread and butter and cake or pie will be served every day.
