DWI

  • Raymond J. Pulliam Jr., 22, 1831 College St., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, no ignition interlock device in vehicle and unlawful use of a weapon.
  • Jimmy J. Monroe, 49, of Columbia, Ill., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and failure to signal.

Arrests

  • Keith L. Long, 44, 605 N. Sprigg St., Apt. 2, was arrested on suspicion of domestic assault.
  • Daniel L. Bierschwal, 38, 1981 Emily Court, was arrested on suspicion of domestic assault.
  • Julia M. Bragg, 20, 32 S. Henderson, Apt. 2, was arrested on suspicion of possession of marijuana.
  • Aleta R. Musgrave, 19, 601 Albert St., was arrested on suspicion of possession of marijuana.
  • Nicole R. Hedspeth, 19, 1721 Cape Meadows, Apt. 4, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for probation violation for stealing.
  • Kristopher R. Kneable, 18, of Scott City was arrested on a warrant.

Assaults

  • A second-degree assault, a third-degree assault and resisting/interfering with arrest were reported.

Thefts

  • A theft of jewelry was reported at 3125 Beavercreek Drive.
  • A CD player was reported stolen at 825 N. Missouri Ave.
  • Cash was reported stolen at 1500 Revlon Drive.
  • A wallet was reported stolen at 16265 N. Kingshighway.
  • A cell phone was reported stolen at 1625 N. Kingshighway.

Property damage

  • The city of Cape Girardeau reported property damage at Perryville Road and El Rio Drive.

Miscellaneous

  • Harassment was reported.
  • Interference with custody was reported.

The following items were released by the Jackson Police Department.

  • Kody R. Engler, 23, of Oak Ridge received a summons for peace disturbance.
  • Brandon L. Rush, 19, 218 Tavy Drive, received a summons for possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
