• A public hearing regarding the petition for annexation from the city of Cape Girardeau for a 1.5-acre portion of Delaware Park adjacent to the northern city limits east of Old Sprigg Street and north of Lexington Avenue.

A public hearing regarding the request of Terry Cole for a special-use permit for a monument sign at 2907 Independence St.

A public hearing regarding the request of AJL Investments LLC for a special-use permit for a monument sign at 1417 N. Mount Auburn Road.
