East Prairie proud of Lloyd Smith

To the editor:

In response to "In Lloyd Smith, state has its own Karl Rove": Perhaps this story should be headlined "Karl Rove is the Lloyd Smith of Washington politics." I have known Lloyd since he was a young boy. He grew up down our country road. I have watched as he has become such a fine man and a great asset to our area and the entire state. And he hasn't changed since he was a young boy. He is still as nice and kind and hardworking as he was then. We are so proud of him and his accomplishments. Kudos for a job well done, Lloyd.
