Watercolor artist to teach workshop at arts council
Marilyn Bradley, a water color artist and art instructor who has been acknowledged in "Who's Who in American Women Artists," will teach a workshop June 27 and 28. She teaches watercolor techniques and controlled overlays of color and resist, the saving of white areas. She teaches beginning to advanced art. Cost is $100 or $490 for college credit. Crisp Museum display to open June 19
"Equity: Selections from the Permanent Collection" will open June 19 in Crisp Museum at the River Campus. There will be a public reception from 4 to 6 p.m. June 19, and the exhibit will remain on display through Aug. 9. The display includes works by 23 artists from the Crisp Museum's permanent collection. The exhibit includes paintings, drawings, prints and sculptures.
