Kamp set a formal arraignment for Lowery for 9 a.m. June 15.

Jackson police traced some of the jewelry stolen during the burglary to a pawnshop in Robinson, and a composite sketch based on witness description was used to help identify Lowery, police have said.

Police also had surveillance photos of Lowery's vehicle because he left it parked near a bank in Jackson while he attempted the burglary, according to court documents.
