Parents of the couple are Daniel and Cindy Gerler of Gordonville, and Kermit and Sandy Meystedt of Cape Girardeau.

Maid of honor was Tara Gohn of Jackson. Bridesmaids were Jamie Kiefer of Jackson; Nicole Abel, Sara Callis, Leah Ulrich, Brandy Holt, all of Cape Girardeau; and Dana Grindstaff of Jackson.

Aron Meystedt of Cape Girardeau was his brother's best man. Groomsmen were Matt Gerler of Cape Girardeau, brother of the bride; Kent Shelton of Springfield, Mo., Nate Brown of Jackson, Trae Meyr of St. Louis, Jeff Grindstaff of Jackson, and Jesse Sims of Lawrence, Kan. Ushers were Jon Younghouse of San Antonio, Texas, Daniel Richardson of Cape Girardeau, Brad Fiehler of Huntersville, N.C., and Mike McDevitt of St. Louis.

Candlelighter was Alisha "A.J." Barks of Washington, D.C., cousin of the bride.

Flower girl was MaKenna Teets of Cape Girardeau, cousin of the bride. Ringbearer was Graesen Meystedt of Cape Girardeau, nephew of the groom.

Guest book attendant was Robyn Martin, and program attendant was Megan LaVanchy.

The reception was held at Cape Girardeau Country Club. Servers were Judy Hoffman, Linda Greaser and Sue Edmunds.

The groom's parents hosted the rehearsal dinner June 6 at El Torero on Broadway.

Mrs. Meystedt is a graduate of Southeast Missouri State University. She is self-employed.

The groom is a graduate of the University of Missouri. He is self-employed.

After a wedding trip to the Mexican Riviera, the couple is residing in Jackson.
