The following items were released by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* William R. DeBose, 21, of Memphis, Tenn., was arrested on three Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear for contempt of court for failure to pay fines for no operator's license, no proof of insurance and failure to appear for trial for no proof of insurance, no valid license and improper registration.

* Heather L. Wessman, 35, of Poplar Bluff, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for improper registration.

* Ricky L. Robinson, 32, of Scott City was arrested on a Cape Girar­deau warrant for failure to appear.

* Two subjects were in custody pending filing of formal charges for stealing.

* Leonard McAdory, no age given, 623 Jefferson Ave., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for trespassing.

* Kayla C. Marlow, 23, of St. Clair, Mo., was arrested on a Miner, Mo., warrant for failure to appear for a traffic violation.

Assaults

* A domestic assault was reported.

Thefts

* Rhodes 101, 449 S. Kingshighway, reported a theft of gasoline.

* Rhodes 101, 1624 N. Kings­highway, reported a theft of gasoline.

* A camcorder was reported stolen at 423 S. Frederick St.

* Rhodes 101, 2109 William St., reported a theft of gasoline.

* J.C. Penney, 200 West Park Mall, reported a theft. Jasmine R. Ross, 17, 424 S. Pacific St., was arrested on suspicion of stealing in connection with the complaint.

* A bicycle was reported stolen at 3126 Themis St., Apt. 4.

Burglary

* A cell phone and charger, cash and a purse were reported stolen at 1330 N. Sprigg St.

* A cell phone was reported stolen at 1116 N. Frederick St.

* Bi-State Southern, 612 S. Sprigg St., reported a theft of gasoline.

* Jasper's, 1008 Kingshighway, reported a theft of gasoline.

Jackson

The following items were released by the Jackson Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

* Maria G. Deiermann, 18, 2887 Old Toll Road, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, careless and imprudent driving, failure to wear a seatbelt, being a minor in possession of alcohol by consumption and failure to yield to emergency vehicle.

Theft

* A theft was reported in the 3000 block of East Jackson Boulevard.

Property damage

* Property was reported damaged on Optimist Hill Drive.

Southeast Missouri State University

The following item was released by the Southeast Missouri State University Department of Public Safety.

Theft

* A cell phone was reported stolen at Rec. Center North.
