BENTON, Mo. -- Verbon Edward "Bud" McPherson, 86, of Benton died Wednesday, June 10, 2009, at his home. Visitation will be from 10 a.m. to service time Saturday at Unity Baptist Church in Benton. Masonic rites will be at noon. The funeral will be at 1 p.m. Saturday at the church, with the Revs. Dennis Lowe and Dale Huff officiating. Burial will be in Blodgett Cemetery at Blodgett, Mo., with full military honors provided...
