Cape Girardeau

The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Nicole Simmons, 32, 1106 S. Kingshighway, was arrested on suspicion of trespassing at 1106 S. Kings­highway.

* Montel Skiles, 54, 15 S. Lorimier St., was arrested on suspicion of trespassing at the intersection of Sprigg and Merriwether Streets.

* Clarence E. Geiger, III, 20, 7 N. Park Ave., No. 1, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for contempt of court for failure to pay fine and cost for assault.

* Lori S. Burton, 30, of Scott City was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for a probation violation.

Summonses

* Jessica A. Holbrook, 26, 372 N. Park, received a summons for leash-law violations and failure to obtain a city animal license.

* Charles J. Nocera, 42, 2301 Bloomfield St., received a summons for animal abuse.

* Christopher A. Schaffer, 23, and Jordan T. Beeson, 18, 605 Amethyst St., received summonses for failure to secure trash from scattering.

* Frank L. Snider, 30, 901 S. Benton St., received a summons for failure to maintain property free of litter.

Assaults

* A suspect was arrested pending charges for a second-degree domestic assault.

* A suspect was arrested pending charges for a domestic assault.

Thefts

* A wallet was reported stolen at 3439 William St.

* Rhodes 101, 1126 N. Sprigg St., reported a theft of gasoline.

Burglaries

* A burglary was reported at 517 Terry Lane. A window and an aquarium were reported damaged in connection with the burglary.

* A burglary was reported at 2747 Caufield Drive. A door was reported damaged and money, jewelry, a camera and a gift card were reported stolen in connection with the burglary.

Property damage

* A vehicle was reported scratched at 1933 Delwin St.

Miscellaneous

* Harassment was reported.

* First-degree robbery was reported at 1701 Lacey St.

* Tampering was reported.

* A 48-year-old woman was taken into protective custody.

* A 29-year-old man was taken into protective custody.

* Two failures to maintain property free of high weeds was reported.

* Two violations of orders of protection were reported.

* U-Kwik Stop, 1700 Broadway, reported a check forgery.

* Two requests to assist other agencies were reported.

Jackson

The Jackson Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Adam T. Pfeiffer, 18, of Sedgewickville, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of being a minor in possession of alcohol by consumption.

* Trenton J. Garner, 17, 410 Kate St., was arrested on suspicion of being a minor in possession of alcohol by consumption.

* A 15-year-old girl was cited into juvenile court on suspicion of being in possession of alcohol by consumption.

Theft

* A theft was reported in the 1000 block of North High Street.

Property damage

* Property damage was reported in the 1200 block of Oak Street.

* Two separate property damages were reported in the 400 block of West Adams Street.

* Property damage was reported in the 800 block of Dorothy Drive.

Miscellaneous

* A fight in progress was reported in the 200 block of South Shawnee Boulevard.
